The Iron Circle, founded on December 7th 2004 by Ibsen (the current guild master), is one of the oldest active guilds on the venerable Kil'jaeden server. Their approach to WoW has always placed a high priority on community and longevity rather than maintaining cutting edge progression. The Iron Circle has functioned according the directives laid out in its charter through 4 expansions and numerous content patches. Over the years the guild has maintained an active player base, with many of their original Molten Core team still involved in the leadership. While not focused purely on progression, the Iron Circle has consistently cleared content and maintained what many would describe as a 'casual-progressive' environment. Today's Iron Circle is home to many of KJ's most veteran players, and serves as a bastion for mature WoW players on Kil'jaeden.

The current leadership team includes: Ibsen, Lawtree, Seething, Kristoph, Gnomeudidnt, Biruni, Xandracon, Dranneb.
