Mission

To create a guild that focuses on fun, adventure and end-game raiding while promoting advancement for all.

Guild Structure

Joining The Priory – Spy

In order to gain acceptance to the priory, you must be referred by an officer. This referral is given to our recruitment chair to review as an applicant. We require that each member joining be at least level 68, run specific mods (listed on the front page of the website), and able to raid AT LEAST 3 days a week.

Upon joining, all characters will be subjected to a maximum two week “spy rank”. This is designed to allow you to get to know us and make sure The Priory is a good fit and you are a good fit for The Priory. It is expected that you will run raids and failure to run raids consistently or to follow requirements listed will result in your removal from the guild without further notice. We require the use of certain mods (links are located on the home page of website) that include Ventrillo, an in-game event calendar (Group Calendar), and specific raid mods. ALL raid members MUST have these mods to attend.

Raiding with The Priory – Squire & Above

Each member is assigned to a specific raiding team for 10 man instances (Team 6, Team 7 & Team 10). Attendance is important in order for these team to progress. We expect all members to sign up and attend at least 3 instances a week. If you circumstance keep you from being able to fulfill that obligation, letting an officer know is imperative in order to keep your raid status in good standing.

Raid Ettiquette

Invites: Utilizing the add-on Group Calendar, all invites will only come from the calendar. In the instance in which there are multiple people signed up for the same role, we will utilize the earliest member signed up as the choice.

Preparation: Approximately 15 minutes prior to a scheduled raid start time, invites are made. Each member signed up is expected to be prepared to go at that time. This includes repairing, removal of PvP, purchasing of reagents, food, potion, logging on to vent, etc. Once an invite is received each raid member is expected to proceed to the raid sight and be in place and ready to pull at scheduled raid start time. Waiting, or requesting, a summon is frowned upon.

Behavior: During a raid, going AFK for extended periods will not be tolerated and the offender will be replaced. We also expect everyone to have a positive, fun attitude. Should a conflict arise, please notify the raid leader or an office as soon as it occurs so the issue can be resolved. Rude, insulting and otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the guild.

Raid ID: We expect that all members save their raid (Karazhan, Gruul's Liar, SSC, etc.) cool downs for guild usage. Running instances with other guilds without prior permission from an officer will result in removal from the guild.
