The Alliance guild, Tranquility is a mature adult guild with a mostly Australian and New Zealand membership, but not limited to with members from North America/Canada/Oceania/Pacific also included in the mix. Australian members came from all corners including NSW, Victoria, Queensland, SA and WA.

Initially a casual raiding guild through classic WOW and the beginning of BC raids, the guild came to an impass with the concept of casual raiding and its inherent draw backs. To keep the guild friendly, improve raids, lower stress and reduce player turnovers, the guild started to develop and evolve into a more structured approach to raiding with an emphasis of core raiders leading the charge into raid progression and educate their guild on raid boss battles. Over time, this approach has proven very fruitful and a welcome challenge to its guild members.

Core Raids are set to a high standard of raid play, and is scheduled at around 7:30am to 11:30 AEST during the weekdays (exc Tuesday maintenance night) which are set for a high standard of raid play.

While the guilds primary function is around Core Raiding and raid progression, the guild still encourages its casual membership to grow and prosper under its own flow. Weekend's are free times to encourage the casual sides of its guildies that by not restricting players to such rigid "workday" concepts such as schedules and plans and the guild also encourages its members to be pantsless.
