Blood Priests are a type of trash mob found in Zul'Gurub.
They have an ability Blood Funnel that can heal itself for 5000hp/tick. This effects characters that are outside melee range.
Strategies:
1) All members of raid must move to within melee range of the Blood Priest. Use stuns to intterupt heals and DPS them down.
2) Use a priest to [Mind Control] the Blood Priest and have it use the Blood Funnel on itself till its at 1% then break the [Mind Control] and kill it.
Edit : 2) didn't work for us, it simply broke MC very fast. We found that everyone attacking it from within melee range and NOT using any procs or special abilities made it easy. Things like Sunder, Poison (Nature) procs, any ranged or magic damage causes it to heal.
