Hakkari Frostwing can be found in The Temple of Atal'Hakkar. When Hakkari Frostwing is tamed by a hunter it teaches Lightning Breath Rank 5. Lightning Breath Rank 5 will requires 20 points to train your other pets. This beast has caster stats—meaning it has higher than normal intellect and spirit when tamed, but lower than normal health, attack power, and armor compared to a non-caster wind serpent of the same level—making the otherwise-identical Arash-ethis in Feralas an arguably better choice.
