The Halcyon Egress^{[63.1, 24.8]}

is located in the middle shelf of Deepholm, north of the Twilight Precipice and northeast of the Temple of Earth. From here Therazane and her Stone Lords attack the Twilight's Hammer clan after players complete Rallying the Earthen Ring. Prior to this, the area is completely empty. Presumably after players complete The Binding all NPCs and mobs will disappear from this area, and nearby Twilight Precipice will reset to its initial, nearly mobless phase.
