Hallowed Helm is a rare drop from Headless Horseman. The horseman is found in the graveyard wing of Scarlet Monastery during the Hallow's End seasonal event. The Hallowed Helm can also be acquired through a Treat Bag, making it accessible to characters too low to enter the Scarlet Monastery Graveyard.
