Hallowed Wands are given out during the Hallow's End festival in Azeroth and Outland. They are one of the random drops from [Handful of Treats]. A Handful of Treats can be obtained by looting the Candy Buckets during the associated quest or in a
[Crudely Wrapped Gift] after freeing a town from the Shade of the Horseman.
The Hallowed Wand is also sold by
Stymie and
Darla for 2
each.
These wands typically have 5 charges and allow you to take the form of another creature or humanoid of Azeroth for an hour.

Types
Edit
There are eight types of Hallowed Wands including:
- [Hallowed Wand - Bat] - Changes you into a bat with red wings and a purple body.
- [Hallowed Wand - Ghost] - Makes you a semi-transparent human.
- [Hallowed Wand - Leper Gnome] - Changes into a leper gnome.
- [Hallowed Wand - Ninja] - Changes you into the ever popular Ninja. This costume is very similar to the costume given by Flip Out! from [Savory Deviate Delight]s.
- [Hallowed Wand - Pirate] - Changes you into the Pirate costume like Yarr from [Savory Deviate Delight]s.
- [Hallowed Wand - Skeleton] - Changes you into the skeleton like the form you would get from taking [Noggenfogger Elixir].
- [Hallowed Wand - Wisp] - Changes you into a wisp. In this form you cannot cast or attack. However this effect can be clicked off.
- [Hallowed Wand - Random] - Lastly, this wand type will randomly give you any of the forms listed above. This wand does not count for the achievement (see below).
Use
Edit
Wands can only be used on party members. Simply select a party member and right-click the wand to get them into the Holiday Spirit. They cannot be cast on one's self however. (As a result, use of charges are often sold during Hallow's End to use with the achievement.)
Patch changes
Edit
Patch 4.2.2 (30-August-2011): No longer obtained via Treat Bags; vendors added.
