The Hallowed Wand - Wisp is one of the random drops from [Handful of Treats] during the Hallow's End event. A Handful of Treats can be obtained by looting the Candy Buckets during the associated quest or in a  [Crudely Wrapped Gift] after freeing a town from the Shade of the Horseman.

The Hallowed Wand is also sold by  Stymie and  Darla for 2 .

Related achievements Edit

 The Masquerade requires that you be transformed by each of the Hallowed Wands, excluding the random one.

Feign Death Edit

It is possible for Hunters in Wisp form to use Feign Death in Wisp form to cause their wisp model to disappear in a 'pop'. Luckily, while in wisp form, it is not possible to attack without taking off the buff.
