The Halls of Lightning is the level 79-80 five-man wing of Ulduar in the Storm Peaks.

The Halls of Lightning is part of the enormous titan city of Ulduar. Here the treacherous Loken — a fallen servant of the Pantheon — mass-produces iron vrykul on behalf of his dark master's sinister plans. Loken himself guides his forces from his throne, guarded by storm elementals and fire elementals.

Mobs

Mob	Abilities	Heroic Mode
Hardened Steel Skycaller	Ranged fighter that deals physical damage and can use Impact Multi-Shot, which hits his target and up to 2 nearby allies -- so 3 people total -- knocking them all back.
Hardened Steel Reaver	Deals physical damage and occasionally uses [Shield Slam].
Hardened Steel Berserker	Deals physical damage and can use Hurl Weapon for ranged fighting.
Blistering Steamrager	Deals fire damage with the abilities Scald and Steam Blast
Unbound Firestorm	Deals physical damage with Swing and some fire damage using [Lava Burst]. Immune to fire damage.
Titanium Thunderer	Deals physical damage with Swing and [Throw].
Titanium Vanguard	Deals physical damage. Will randomly charge a ranged party member, and can also apply a minor poison DoT.
Titanium Siegebreaker	Deals physical damage and occasionally uses a Penetrating Strike that will ignore armor dealing 100% weapon damage.
Stormforged Runeshaper	Deals both physical and nature damage. Uses Charged Flurry, where he whirls in a circle dealing damage to all nearby enemies and hits a random target with nature damage.
Stormforged Mender	Deals physical damage and can use Hammer Blow, which does additional damage and reduces the movement speed of their target by 65% for 5 seconds.
Stormforged Construct	Deals physical and nature damage. Uses: [Forked Lightning] - inflicts nature damage in a cone in front of the caster [Runic Focus] - immobilizes his target for 6 seconds and deals nature damage Rune Punch - deals about 3k of physical damage.
Stormforged Sentinel	Deals physical damage.
Stormforged Giant	Deals physical and nature damage. Uses: Stormbolt - Deals about 3.7k nature damage. [Thunderstorm] - Deals about 4.3k nature damage to all nearby enemies, knocking them back. [Soul Strike] - Deals physical damage to a single target and reduces all healing done to the target by 50% for 5 seconds.
Stormforged Lieutenant	Deals physical damage. Can also heal Iron Vrykul using Renew Steel, which repairs 10% every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.
Stormfury Revenant	Deals physical and nature damage. Uses Electro Shock which shocks an enemy and places a DoT on them, and [Thunderbolt] which deals about 3.2k nature damage to his target and any nearby allies.
Storming Vortex	Deals mostly nature damage using [Lightning Bolt].
