Halu is a level 65 hippogryph flight master located at Orebor Harborage in the contested territory of Zangarmarsh.

Notes
Beside Halu is a single hippogryph, but it is easily the largest one ever seen anywhere in-game, being around four to five times bigger than normal, with a special cradle-style nest box to match.
