Hammer of Expertise is a main-hand hammer that can be summoned by expert Blacksmiths. This hammer does not double as a blacksmithing hammer.

It is summoned from the [Signet of Expertise], which is the quest reward from 
[45] Expert Blacksmith!.
Notes
The hammer lasts for 1 hour and the summon has a cooldown of 3 hours, so you'll have 2 hours before you can summon it again.
The hammer can be enchanted, it is not wise to enchant it because the enchant will not come back.
