- Permanently attaches a hand-mounted pyro rocket launcher to your gloves, allowing a skilled engineer to deal 1654 to 2020 Fire damage to an enemy at long range. The rocket can only be fired once every 45 sec.
Can only be used on the engineer's gloves, and doing so will cause them to become soulbound. - 5 sec cast
Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket is an engineer-only permanent "enchant" to gloves.
This item takes the same "spot" as an enchant from Enchanting.

The on-use effect will trigger the 10-second burst DPS item shared cooldown, though the cooldown for the ability itself is 45 seconds.
It does not trigger global cooldown, so it is perfect for burst macros.

Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Fire damage increased to 1654 to 2020 from 1440 to 1760. Cooldown lowered to 45 seconds from 1 minute.
