Hands of the Deceiver are elite man'ari eredar located in the Sunwell Plateau of the Isle of Quel'Danas. They can also be spotted from the Magisters' Terrace by using the Scrying Orb located at The Solar Vigil. They are the 1st phase of the Kil'jaeden encounter.

Abilities Edit

• Melee: 2000 on a plate-wearer.
• Shadow Bolt Volley: Hurls missiles of dark magic, inflicting Shadow damage to nearby enemies, Damage taken from Shadow spells and effects increased by 750 on the targets.
• Shadow Infusion: Immune to Stun and Silence effects (active at 20% health)
• Felfire Portal: Opens a portal of darkness that summons Volatile Felfire Fiends. 20 seconds duration.
