Using the Handful of Rose Petals on a list of defined race/class combinations is required for  [Fistful of Love]. It's also required for  [Flirt With Disaster]. They are World Event achievements and parts of the meta-achievement Fool For Love.

The Bouquet of Red Roses generates the same effect as this item, and can be used to complete the same achievements.
