Handiir is a level 30 weapon master located in Traders' Tier in the Draenei capital of the Exodar.

He teaches the skill to wield the following:

• Crossbows
• Daggers
• One-handed Maces
• Two-handed Maces
• One-handed Swords
• Two-handed Swords
