Hands Springsprocket is a level 10 quest giver located in Coldridge Pass in the dwarven starting zone of Coldridge Valley, Dun Morogh.
Hands is stuck on the Coldridge Valley side of Coldridge Pass due to the Trogg infestation. He enlists adventurers to bring a package through and deliver it to the innkeeper of Kharanos, Tannok Frosthammer.
He starts the quest 
[5] Supplies to Tannok, in which you must bring a Crate of Inn Supplies through the Coldridge Pass and down the road to Tannok Frosthammer[47.2, 52.2] at the inn in Kharanos.
