Haris Pilton is a blood elf vendor who can be found in Shattrath City. [74.3, 31.4] Her character is one of the more transparent pop culture references in World of Warcraft, this Paris Hilton look-alike can be found in the World's End Tavern in the lower part of Shattrath City accompanied by her dog Tinkerbell.
