Harlo Barnaby is a level 25 quest giver located in Menethil Harbor in the Alliance-aligned zone of Wetlands. He survived the invasion of Dun Modr by the Dark Iron dwarves, but was hit by a stray axe in the back as he was fleeing and woke up in Menethil Harbor. Strangely, despite his grievous wounds, no one has bothered to help him up.

He starts the quest  [25] Fall of Dun Modr.
