Harpy Hide Quiver was sold by Gaelden Hammersmith (for the Alliance) and Grunnda Wolfheart (for the Horde) in Alterac Valley and Thanthaldis Snowgleam (Alliance) and Jekyll Flandring (Horde) in Alterac Mountains.
