Hathvelion Sungaze is a Blood Elf NPC situated by a tent he has presumably set up on the Tranquil Shore, west of the West Sanctum. He has an understandable hatred of the Grimscale Murlocs that have set up camp on the Tranquil Shore in front of him, and enjoys sending players on quests to gather their heads as he claims it makes him feel better. A compatriot of his was killed by Mmmrrrggglll and he desires to get said compatriot's ring back.
