The Haunted Stable Hand can be found within the entrance of Shadowfang Keep, just to the right and within the first area before going up the stairs. He is not an objective and has no quests, but upon talking to him the player can teleport to different parts of the keep, as long as the bosses have been defeated. He seems fairly insistent that no one should be within the Keep.
