This item drops from Onyxia in Onyxia's Lair. Only one head drops per kill.
NotesEdit
When you turn in the quest, everyone in the city limits that is level 60 or lower will receive the Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer buff. Keep in mind that you can only do this quest once, so chose your reward wisely.
