• Lethal Toxin: Cast time 3 seconds. Inflicts 30 nature damage every 15 seconds for 3 minutes.

This section concerns content exclusive to Cataclysm.

Heartrazor is no longer a rare mob in Cataclysm, but has been upgraded to a level 45 elite. He is being held captive by the Twilight cult in the area he used to roam.
