The Heavy Leaden Collection Phial is provided for the quest  [27] The Only Cure is More Green Glow. It is used to collect High Potency Radioactive Fallout from LIVING creatures in Gnomeregan that have a green glow about them. (The channeling effect has to complete before the creature dies.) Occasionally, several attempts to collect may be needed.

Once gathered, the player has 2 real time hours in which to turn the quest in. Usually, there is sufficient time to complete the instance before turning the quest in, but this is dependent on the ability of the group.
