Heavy Runecloth Bandage is a bandage. It is made by players with a First Aid skill of at least 290 and have at least 2 Runecloth.
The following NPCs will teach you how to make it for free if you have a skill of at least 290:
20 are also sold in Limited Supply for 40 by Lieutenant General Andorov if you manage to keep him alive during the battle against General Rajaxx.
Notes
Even though a skill level of 290 is required to create it, 225 is enough to use it. This is a notable item for a lvl 19 twink because 225 first aid can be obtained at lvl 10 if you have a higher level obtain the books and materials for you. Therefore, a 19 twink can use these in between battles to heal themselves for nearly all of their health.
