Hegnar Rumbleshot^{[40.7, 65.1]}

is a level 12 gunsmith located in a camp by the road from Coldridge Pass to Kharanos in Dun Morogh.

He supplies local hunters and militia with ammo and gun repairs, and also owns a practice range that many Dwarves use to good effect. Because of his business, ammo is in high demand. Loslor Rudge is the engineer who supplies him.
