Welcome to WoWWiki! Are you wanting to update articles or upload images in preparation of the newly announced expansion, World of Warcraft: Cataclysm?

Here are a few tips to help make things easier for you and everyone else.

Only add information that has been announced either at BlizzCon 2009 or via Blizzard directly elsewhere (the forums, their website, etc.).
- Information from the Cataclysm demo at BlizzCon is also allowed, but please identify this as the source.
- If it has not been announced or viewed in the demo it is considered Do No Post, that means NO rumors or theories please.
- Once the alpha test starts, any information from it is protected (until beta) by the NDA. Do not post any leaked information from the alpha.
Since Cataclysm is a long ways off, do not move or completely change any articles, instead add a Cataclysm section (==In Cataclysm==) with the information of what will change; also use {{Cata-section}}.
Please view the recently uploaded images before uploading duplicates.
- Besides the demo, we've all seen the same trailer, so more than likely the image you're wanting to upload has already been uploaded.
- You may also want to check out the images in the BlizzCon 2009 category.
If there's still articles to be made from the small amount of info we have available, please place {{Cataclysm}} at the top, but only major articles.
- Major articles include: Locations, major characters, new professions (Archaeology), new races (Goblin (playable) and Worgen (playable))/creatures, new factions, and new features (Guild advancement, Rated battlegrounds).
- This template should not be used on: Minor NPCs, mobs, items, spells/abilities, or talents.
Remember that the events of Cataclysm have not happened yet, so any information, particularly lore information, should be addressed in the future tense.
If adding to or creating a ==Patch changes== section of an article (please do so), use {{Patched|patch=Cataclysm|note=<Insert note here>}} instead of {{Patched|<patch=4.0.1>}} or other numbers.

We currently have two logos floating around for the same thing. Earlier we had more.
