Herald of Thrall is an orc NPC who spawns at The Crossroads in The Barrens ^{[51.8, 30.4]}

to let players know, and also allow them to attain the buff if they are in The Crossroads, Camp Taurajo, or Razor Hill in Durotar.

• Warchief's Blessing (Increases health (300), melee haste rating (150), and mana regeneration (10).) (1 hour buff)

It isn't given to players above level 60.
