Herod's Shoulder are rare mail shoulders from the Scarlet Monastery, often used by Warriors and Paladins (below level 40) and Hunters and Shaman (above level 40). Along with the Raging Berserker's Helm, this is often matched with the Chain of the Scarlet Crusade.
