Hexed Trolls can be found on the Echo Isles in Durotar. As their name implies they are actually Darkspear Trolls that have been enslaved by Zalazane's power.

It is unknown if Zalazane's control over them can be broken but it is notable that they are still biologically alive, albeit brainwashed. It is possible that a powerful Loa or Witch Doctor could free them, killing Zalazane may also break the spell.
