The Hierophant only appears in World of Warcraft as Hierophant Theodora Mulvadania <Kargath Expeditionary Force> (Forsaken), Nagaz (orc), and Hierophant Caydiem [1] (tauren) in the Warcraft TCG.
Presumably, this is a religious title of some sort in the Horde, as all but one of these characters are part of the Horde.
