High Elf and Blood Elf differences

High elves and Blood Elves are known to have their differences, some of which are fairly obvious to players. A main reason why they have differences is that they no longer trust each other and consider each other enemies.

Appearance

High Elves and Blood Elves are fairly similar in appearance. The only major difference is that Blood Elves eyes glow green. Their bodies and faces do not have much difference, but their hair color is also usually different. High Elves usually have blonde hair and Blood Elves have blood-colored hair (quite fitting for their name).

Architecture

Though the style of High Elves and Blood Elves are quite the same, the color scheme of the buildings are very different. High Elves usually choose a blue and green color scheme for its buildings and blood elves choose red (again, fitting for their name).

What is interesting is that in the Ruins of Silvermoon the buildings have a red paint scheme. This might mean that High Elves adapted the green and blue paint scheme after the sundering of Silvermoon City by Death Knight Arthas Menethil.
