High Executor Darthalia is a level 60 quest giver located in Tarren Mill in the contested territory of Hillsbrad Foothills. She commands the Forsaken forces from her command post, and is under the direct command of Varimathras, a Dreadlord allied with the Forsaken. Her job is stop the spread of Humans and other Alliance members in Hillsbrad.
