High Inquisitor Valroth is the High Inquisitor of the Scarlet Onslaught. He keeps Koltira Deathweaver captive in the torture room of the Scarlet Hold in the Scarlet Enclave. He sends three waves of his acolytes at Death Knights attempting to free Deathweaver before attacking them himself.
