High Priestess MacDonnell is a level 60 quest giver located at Chillwind Camp in the contested territory of Western Plaguelands. She is Commander Ashlam Valorfist's second-in-command, and has been put in charge to countering the Scourge cauldrons that have been placed in the Plaguelands.

High Priestess MacDonnell is employed with removing the taint of Scourge upon the Plaguelands; and with the help of an alchemist named Arbington, she meets with a limited amount of success. She discovered that Kel'Thuzad is maintaining the Scourge with massive cauldrons placed on each of the farmsin the Plaguelands. These cauldrons emit a diseased cloud that contaminates the land; fortunately MacDonnell and Arbington believe this effect can be reversed with an experimental potion, but they haven't had the manpower to try it yet.^{APG 151}

She starts the following quests:
