High Protector Tarsen is a level 59 human male member of the Scarlet Crusade, found near the Northridge Lumber Camp in the Western Plaguelands.

Notes Edit

This unit has an ability called Arcane Blast which he uses at low health. Arcane Blast inflicts a small amount of damage but has a large knockback effect which might send you into groups of mobs in the area.
