The High Rise is the seat of Thunder Bluff's rule, and contains the grand tepee of Grand Chief Cairne Bloodhoof. It also serves as a gathering spot for tribal matters. Professional trainers for cooking and fishing can also be found here. It connects to the middle rise and lower rise through the wind rider roost, and to Hunter Rise and Elder Rise by separate rope bridges. This is the only one of the three central rises to not contain a lift to the plains of Mulgore below.
