The High Test Eternium Fishing Line is an enchanted fishing line that will add +5 fishing to a fishing pole. This effect will not stack with other enchantments on the item.

The High Test Eternium Fishing Line is a quest reward from the quest 
[60] Rare Fish - Dezian Queenfish, which starts at the Fishbot 5000 in Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale.
To complete the quest, you must turn the following item to the Fishbot 5000:
You must also be neutral with Booty Bay.
Notes
[Dezian Queenfish] can only be fished from schools of tastyfish during the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza.
Usage of the fishing line on [Nat Pagle's Extreme Angler FC-5000] is possible and will show as Eternium Line below the DPS on the tool tip. Nothing else on the tool tip will change but upon equipping it, fishing gets a boost of +30.
