The Highbank Marine is part of a five-person squad that accompanies Alliance players on a small series of quests beginning at Dragonmaw Pass^{[26.4, 38.4]}

in the Twilight Highlands and ending within Wyrms' Bend. The Marine is spawned for the If The Key Fits quest and accompanies players thereafter.
