The Highbank Sniper is part of a five-person squad that accompanies Alliance players on a small series of quests beginning at Dragonmaw Pass^{[26.4, 38.4]}

in the Twilight Highlands and ending within Wyrms' Bend. The Sniper is spawned for the If The Key Fits quest and accompanies players thereafter.

For a bit of fun, players can choose the following gossip option when interacting with the Lieutenant:

Make a series of complicated hand gestures.

Highbank Sniper says: I don't think that's physically possible, sir.

Highbank Sniper says: Sir, I think the explosions and gunfire gave us away. You don't have to use hand signals.
