These item are PvP rewards. Each of the Highlander's Cloth Girdles are available for purchase from Samuel Hawke <League of Arathor Supply Officer> outside Arathi Basin battleground entrance in Arathi Highlands. Depending on the belt's level it costs 300 / 300 / 400 / 3000 Honor points .
