Hira Snowdawn is a Cold Weather Flying / Artisan Trainer found riding her dragonhawk Cloudwing at Krasus' Landing in Dalaran. She offers Cold Weather Flying training to players of level 68 and riding skill 150 for 500. She also teaches Master Riding for 5000. She will sometimes get bored and take Cloudwing for a quick flight around the perimeter of the "landing pad". When she does this, players will not be able to interact with her.

She is possibly related to Narasi Snowdawn.
