Hira Snowdawn is a Cold Weather Flying / Artisan Trainer found riding her dragonhawk Cloudwing at Krasus' Landing in Dalaran. She offers Cold Weather Flying training to players of level 68 and riding skill 150 for 500 . She also teaches Master Riding for 5000 . She will sometimes get bored and take Cloudwing for a quick flight around the perimeter of the "landing pad". When she does this, players will not be able to interact with her.

She is possibly related to Narasi Snowdawn.
