Historian Karnik is a level 20 quest giver located in the Library in the Hall of Explorers, in the dwarf city of Ironforge.

He starts the following quests:

•  [40] Passing Word of a Threat
•  [44] An Ambassador of Evil (Elite)
•  [50] Seeing What Happens
•  [50] A Future Task
•  [52] Passing the Burden
•  [60] The Feast of Winter Veil (Feast of Winter Veil)

He ends the quest  [60] The Reason for the Season (Feast of Winter Veil)

If you have thrown away your The Feast of Winter Veil you can ask him for a new copy.
