The Holding Pens are located in Razorfen Downs.

The five gates hold in prisoners held by the Quilboar. Those prisoners are:

• Belnistrasz, who starts an escort quest.
• Henry Stern, who teaches you how to make [Goldthorn Tea].
• Sah'rhee, who just thanks you.
