Holy Concentration
Gives you a X% chance to enter a Clearcasting state after casting any Flash Heal, Binding Heal, or Greater Heal spell. The Clearcasting state reduces the mana cost of your next Flash Heal, Binding Heal, or Greater Heal spell by 100%.

Functionality

• Priest talent in seventh tier of the Holy Tree.
• At the surface, it would appear to just be a reduction in mana spent, however, when you consider that when using Greater Heal, it will allow your full mana regeneration to continue for a tic or two, improving the value of this talent.
