Horatio M. Montgomery was a doctor or healer of some kind. A statue named Horatio Montgomery, M.D. has been erected in his memory in the SI:7 area within the Old Town section of Stormwind City. ^{[79, 70]}

He was about 75 years old at the time of his death.
