Patch 4.0.6 (8-Feb-2011): The cooldown has been adjusted to 10 minutes to be consistent with the Alliance version.
Patch 3.3.3 (2010-03-23): Items which previously required Marks of Honor have had their costs adjusted to remove these requirements.
Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): PvP Rank requirement removed. Now purchased with Honor and battleground marks.
