Horde Guards defend most Horde settlements in the Barrens.

• They can be found on patrol at the Mor'shan Rampart and Base Camp in the north and at Far Watch Post (by the stables, in the tower and around the bunker) next to the Southfury River.
• They can be found at the various farms such as Grol'dom Farm.
• More can be found at the house and tower with a named Horde Guard- Guard Kurall at the intersection of Gold Road and the road coming from Durotar.
• East of the road along Lushwater Oasis is a house with a few guards resting and on patrol.
• On the southwest side of Thorn Hill, there is a house with a family (Grub, Gruk, Duhng and Tarban Hearthgrain) under protection of another named guard- Guard Taruc.
• And on the southeast side of the hill is a mine full of Peons under care of these Horde guards.
• They can be found guarding the Horde settlements of Crossroads and Camp Taurajo.
