Hrothgar's Landing is an island north of Icecrown that was until recently a tuskarr village. The island is now a mist-shrouded staging point from which the kvaldir, or "sea vrykul", stage attacks against Silver Covenant and Sunreavers' ships in the waters between the island and Icecrown.[1]
Players who have risen in the ranks of the Argent Tournament and awarded the title of <Crusader> by the Argent Crusade are directed to the island with a new series of quests surrounding the kvaldirs' taking of the island from the tuskarr.
Hrothgar's Landing is the second outdoor zone added to the game in a content patch after Isle of Quel'Danas in patch 2.4.0.

Since the dead tuskar bodies are named Slain Tualiq Villager, it is safe to assume that "Tualiq" was the name of their village on the island before the kvaldir raid.
